Welcome to GoCar Slovenia. By booking a car through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Booking & Payment

All reservations made on our website are confirmed once you receive an email confirmation. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, or cash upon vehicle collection. No deposit or credit card is required in advance unless specified otherwise.

Driver Requirements

The driver must hold a valid driving license and be at least 21 years old. Additional age restrictions may apply depending on the car category. A valid ID or passport is required at pickup.

Insurance

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Optional full coverage and additional protection plans may be available at the time of booking or pickup.

Fuel Policy

Cars are usually provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with the same level. A refueling fee may apply if the tank is not full upon return.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equal to one rental day.

Vehicle Condition

The renter is responsible for returning the car in the same condition as received. Any damage or loss not covered by insurance will be charged accordingly.

Liability

GoCar Slovenia is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, delays, or indirect damages caused by third-party suppliers or force majeure events.
